All my orders are posted using Royal Mail 2nd Class

Please allow up to three working days for dispatch of your order if the item is currently in stock. Back orders can take up to two weeks to be created, depending on my current kiln schedule. The despatch date will be confirmed once payment has been acknowledged.

You may need to allow additional time for your order to arrive due to Royal Mail postal disputes. Your glass will be well wrapped against breakage to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

I gladly accept returns of purchased items if notified within 7 days of delivery via email. . Return postage is at the customers cost. All returns must be in a salable condition. Refunds will be made without the  postage costs. 

Items exempt from return.

I do not accept returns on personalised items, or made to order items.

Cancelation Policy

I gladly accept cancelations if made within 24hours of purchase, as long as the product has not been despatched. The product nedds to be returned inthe original packaging and in a original condition suitable for restocking. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.

Damaged Items

I package my glass very carefully to ensure its safe arrival. If on the rare occasion your item arrives damaged I will gladly repair or replace it after photographic proof of the damaged item and packaging has been sent via email.

Conditions of return

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and the cost of the original postage. The original postage value will be taken into account with the refund. Refund will be made once the original purchase has been received in its original salable condition.
The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition, or original packaging.
